Introduction The students are around 30, they had a low level   English, we could say that they are folk beginner, It is a lower division course, Some physical elements of the learning environment that could affect is the poor condition of the classrooms and the lack of learning tools, some students had a problem to acquire the new language due to the low English learning in their high school, the observation was carried out in systematic engineer at the University of cordoba. Literature review of needs analysis Needs analysis involves doing researchers with the learners in order to find out what their learning needs are. knowing that a good understanding of learner needs can help us to create a successful course. for that reason, we use need analysis because it lets us the interface design will be based on this information. Course evaluation

The evaluation of the course is divided into two parts; Summative evaluation and formative evaluation. Summative evaluation will be used and the end of each unit through a speaking exam and making a short presentation that contains the topic and tenses worked in classes. Formative evaluation will be through each the activities worked in classes, such as role-plays, fill-blanks, debates, quizzes, etc. In which students will be given their respective feedback.

Course Methodology

The methodology of the course will be communicative in which it aims to develop the ability of speech in students, and communication activities will promote learning through significant activities for effective learning. The course will be held for two hours per week. which will develop all the skills but will focus on one that is speaking. The content will be 100% face-to-face, the course does not require the use platforms, the activities will be carried out in the classroom. The material will be  intended to make the teaching and learning process more dynamic and motivating.  Materials like c opies, w orkshops, textbook v ideos, etc.

Syllabus

Approach to syllabus design In this syllabus,  the skills-centred approach will be used in this course because this one helps the students to develop their skills and strategies. To improve their knowledge according to their needs using speaking strategies and vocabulary learning.  Skill-based syllabus The skill-based syllabus is the type of syllabus that we are going to use because it is the most adequate to develop a particular skill that may play a role in using language. The skill-based syllabus is used to teach the specific language skill, in this case, speaking the one that we are going to develop with activities such us: debates, role plays, describing things, etc..
